Expected behaviour

When there is "no data" about active installs,

  • the UI probably shouldn't render a "zero" instead;
  • ideally there should be a message acknowledging some problem.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Not sure, but I currently see this on the nushell snap.

Specs

  • This issue is related to the snapcraft.io website itself (and not a specific snap).

Thanks for the report @sed-i! This is something we're aware of, when the metrics computation doesn't finish on time/fails the API returns 0. We're currently re-creating the metrics pages to be more performant and reliable (fixing issues like these)!
