Expected behaviour

E.g. https://snapcraft.io/ubuntu-frame/releases shows the releases for the snap.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go to https://snapcraft.io/ubuntu-frame/releases when there's a high load, or block some URLs in your browser / proxy.

See empty boxes instead of an error report about the fetching of the details.
