The full move to git-ubuntu build seems to not happening anytime soon

But we use this model to retain history in a comfortable way.
So we should add it to UMH before the next new joiner.

dpkg-buildpackage -S -nc -i -d -v2.1.8~rc4-1ubuntu2 $(git ubuntu prepare-upload args)
