problems with notification sounds on Whaticket

Does anyone have problems with notification sounds on Whaticket? When a person chooses the desired queue in the bot, it does not notify with sound. It does not notify queue transfers with sound either, nor does it notify the internal chat when there is a new message. Notifications in the browser are enabled. Whaticket version 5.5.0
