The contents of that archive does not match the v0.7.2 tag that was created in this repository in 2020 to resolve #7.
The stated goal of #7 was to incorporate the fixes from #6 but the 2020 v0.7.2 does not contain those changes. Those changes were only made on the master branch whereas the 2020 v0.7.2 appears to have been cut from the release0.7 branch which in turn contains other fixes that are not on the master branch.
I think you will probably want to delete the 2020 v0.7.2 tag, create a new v0.7.2 tag that matches what was released in 2013, bring any applicable changes from the release0.7 branch to the master branch, bring any desired changes from the master branch to the release0.7 branch, and then make a new v0.7.3 tag and release it both here on GitHub and on the web site.
