Doesn't compile for me (for some reason)

Arch Linux user here.

I've tried the AUR first: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gimp-plugin-lqr

Then I noticed that the project has been abandoned for several years already, except for the autogen fix. So I downloaded an autogen.sh file and tried to recompile, but I still face the same errors.
