Allow raw SQL and joining multiple tables

Overview

In the context of sharing a particular view of data with users, it's often useful to be able to join multiple tables. If there were some way to allow that kind of SQL query (and maybe more generally a generic raw SQL entry) to generate a table which is then previewed for the user, that would be really helpful.

Success Criteria

How will we know that we're done?

• We or other users can enter a SQL query directly, including data from more than one table, and the resulting data preview can be shared with others via a URL.
