Add other SQLite DBs to data dictionary

Overview

The raw FERC SQLite tables appear to be pretty popular, based on Zenodo downloads.

We should try to add those to the data dictionary also.

How will we know that we're done?

• all ferc_... DBs available in data dictionary.

There's also the Census DP1 SQLite DB.

DuckDB is certainly happy to query SQLite, though IIRC you need to install the SQLite plugin.

Yeah, I'm slightly nervous that we'll run into some wackiness with duckdb-wasm vs. just normal duckdb for the plugin. But it'll probably be fine 🤞
