Motivation and context:

Briefly describe the dataset. What is it, and why do we want to archive it regularly?

Links:

Notes:

  • It was unclear on a quick search if there is some place to grab the versioned data besides the open ei links. It is also unclear if there are more than two updates. You can always hard code these links into the coordinating get_resources if need be.
  • There are some links to tools/webpages in these open ei archives. these are out of scope but any pdf of methodology or documentation try to grab!

Requirements for archiving

To be archived on Zenodo, a dataset must be:

  • published under an open license that permits reuse and redistribution
  • less than 50Gb in size (when zipped)
  • relevant to energy modelling and research

Checklist for archive creation
