It was unclear on a quick search if there is some place to grab the versioned data besides the open ei links. It is also unclear if there are more than two updates. You can always hard code these links into the coordinating get_resources if need be.
There are some links to tools/webpages in these open ei archives. these are out of scope but any pdf of methodology or documentation try to grab!
