Show condensed situation status of free shifts

Problem: night shifts are difficult to fill.
Possible cause: not enough awareness about the problem, when spotted, sometimes already too late to be fixed aka people went home.

Possible solution: To raise awareness, we need to make the problem visible. Naming each empty shift for a full night on the screen is too much but a visual block concerning "night shift status" in green, orange, red could be a solution.
It could also be a bar that grows in green to 100% if all shifts are filled.
(red until 50%, orange until 85%).
