Thanks cdobrich for xbtn resurrection!

I followed your build instructions for xbtn & xbtn-config successfully on xubuntu 18.04.

The config & daemon work great, but the built-in help reports "Help Support not compiled" and refers to the now defunct http://www.ollisalonen.com .

I managed to build the help, but not sure how to make it available in the app...
sudo apt install librarian-dev
sudo apt install scrollkeeper
cd doc
make
make install

Any suggestions?

@awittaker Oh, thank you for the heads up about the documentation. I will make a point of adjusting those!

About your comment with making the building the help and making it available in the app, let me look into that. Honestly I haven't used the help feature in probably 10 years. (Totally forgotten about it. Whoops.) I mostly just make sure the program continues to work on all the platforms I test it on.

I think it would be sufficient to update the link, and have the help on github going forward... I suspect most users don't need to refer to the help very often.
(I'm very happy now I have my extra mouse buttons back) :)

Alright, I have updated the files to no longer include the old website URL. Though I did have another question for you. Why did you list installing these packages in your opening comment?

sudo apt install librarian-dev
sudo apt install scrollkeeper
