Feature Request: indications for weather boosted raids

Expected Behavior

Add indication(s) to see if a raid is weather boosted or not.

Current Behavior

Weather boosted and normal raids are indistinguishable.

Possible Solution

Use the weather icon next to raid mon like its used for other places,
make sure to update icons after weather changes to stay up to date.
And/or have some sort of outline around them for a higher visibility.

Context

Since I added weather boost to my PA raids I noticed I care for them a lot.
If you look out for level 25 raids you will save a lot of dust and candies!
