Add the ability to clean up a profile with controls that do not exist in the STIG. This will only be used if the profile does not have any shared or custom controls.

This would be used if a control is depricated, or there were errors when changing a control ID and we have hanging controls that are not used.

inspec_delta profile clean --profile_path --stig_file_path <stig.xml>
