Add ability to refresh the controls from STIG definition

This functionality would be used if the profile was customized, or became corrupted in some way, and wanted to revert back to a pristine condition from the STIG definition.

In essence, we would overwrite the controls with the stig definition.

Allow the user to specify a control if they want to only refresh one control, or refreshes the entire profile if excluded

inspec_delta profile refresh --profile_path --stig_file_path <stig.xml> (--control )
