Horrible look when in terminal

Hi! thanks for making this theme, I'm loving the look!

However, one issue I'm having is that it looks pretty bad in terminal. If I open emacs in TTY mode, I can't see when I mark text. And if I open it in my terminal, here's what it looks like:

Is there anything that can be done to keep the same style in terminal?
