has vmStorageAccountContainerName this is misleading and should be dropped.
"OSDiskName": "osdiskforwindowssimple", is not used and should be dropped.
"storageAccountType": "Standard_LRS", not used should be dropped.

couple of places mentions Windows Version params and should be dropped
