Improve withdrawal UTXO creation #1

Currently we create a dust utxo for a new address generated: https://github.com/chainwayxyz/clementine-cli/blob/main/withdraw.js#L88

But this is a problem where a user can mistakenly spend this utxo.

We can solve this by generating private key, saving it to a file for future use but this is not the best.
