update https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1o2yGLbXtgVeccTqv-zz9Y_yyUr8XTwVtjbPdckSAvjs/edit#gid=996278443 (SMC Master User List) with new CMS users trained in June to present month.

As that list is used to communicate thru mass emails, new trainees aren't getting SMC notifications
