pyzmq for Python 3.9 or later

Hi, I find Pre-built binary packages pyzmq only have py3.8 version, as we all know, python3.8 is EOL since 2024-10-07, so would you offer py3.9-3.13 version for pyzmq, thanks.

Thanks for your reply, seems pyzmq will call the pre-built binary packages libzmq, not sure how to build both of them. I will have a try this week. @mhsmith

You won't need to rebuild libzmq as long as the pyzmq version remains the same. And even if you increase the pyzmq version, it may work with a range of libzmq versions.
