When I use "sudo helm cm-push ". it does not work ,I think there are a lot of scenarios like this .Actually when I start an application use sudo , in the application ,I can not use "helm cm-push" ,It's very inconvenient . I wonder if this is a bug? what can I do? Thank you very much !

This is not about cm-push but how plugins work. You install plugins per user. If you'd like to make it global read the whole thread in here and pay attention XDG_* and HELM_DATA_HOME env vars.
