Cant find mimemagic (0.3.5) #1

When trying to build the image on Google cloud, I receive the following error:

Your bundle is locked to mimemagic (0.3.5), but that version could not be found
in any of the sources listed in your Gemfile.

Probably need to upgrade the mimemagic since 0.3.5 seems to be yanked:

https://rubygems.org/gems/mimemagic/versions
