Is there anyone still maintaining this?

I just built the device myself with a Raspberry Pi Zero W 2 (not finished in the case with battery, but already running fine) and am a bit unhappy with the way the input works, so I might try to integrate some vt100 library (might be actually possible on this AtMega with a few missing features). So should I do this here by pull request when I have something, or should i just start my own fork? And if I should do that, under what license is this project?

I'm not sure if this is still maintained, but I would be interested any progress you make.
