The “site” and “app” objects have content category attributes. Except for their changed names (which I called out in a separate issue), this is consistent with the OpenRTB Mobile specification. In this spec, there are additional levels of content category arrays at the section, page, content, publisher, and producer levels; that's 6 levels of content categories. I have no objection to these additional levels, but are they really necessary? They seem like overkill and also pretty unrealistic in terms of actually getting them.
