I've noticed that the query filter controls have sticky states, i.e. if the values are changes but the Update Filter button is not clicked, the altered values persist and can only be restored to their original state by reloading the page. This is only an issue (albeit a minor one) when editing values on a pre-existing filter condition. If I am editing conditions and realize I have mucked it up and want to go back to the original state, it's not obvious how to do that. As a user, I might expect that clicking on the filter condition in the right-hand filters panel would repopulate the control with the original values, but maybe an explicit "Revert" button would be better. The Revert button would only be active after a filter condition has changed and before the filter has been updated.
I'm not requesting a change in behavior here, just inviting a discussion. This is pretty minor.

I think this would be useful as well especially on search controls. I've marked this as 2.4 so it will be worked on at some point for a 2.4 point release.
