Found this few days ago. ~1-2 weeks ago livestreamer work fine.

Same for me. Twitch has a new API and disbaled the old one. Seems that livestreamer needs an update which I really would appreaciate :)

I found https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink.git - fork of the livestreamer, but not abandoned and twitch work fine now.

streamlink however is not supported in Windows xp and i suppose might have other stuff that people dislike over the amazing and OG livestreamer.
I am honestly willing to pay someone if someone is able to edit livestreamer's twitch code or whatever is required to make it work with the new API. it would literally save some people that are simply unable to use streamlink and with twitch changing their API, made their livestreamer obsolete/dead.
