Question on linting

Hi, this is more of a question than an actual issue.

The auto (safe) fixing and formatting works great for me! I am just slightly confused what behaviour I should expect for the "linting" part. E.g. if my buffer has any linting errors (for example F841, am I expect to see any indicator or messages that notify me of the error?
