add non-colour component labeling

I have used a standard colour coding in the diagrams for the various parts: UI, compositing, rasterization, GPU etc. It has been observed that individuals with non-typical colour vision might find these difficult to distinguish. Add some kind of secondary graphic to supplement the use of colour.
