Describe the bug

When running the "Cinny_4.1.0_x64_en-US.msi" installer, the installation failed with:

There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Yes, msedge installed already.

msedge and msedge webview are different. Could you please check for msedge webview?

Oh, I've misunderstood you words, later I'll check whether msedge webview installed and test again.
