Describe the problem

Currently, closing the Cinny client fully shutdowns Cinny on Windows client. There was a PR mentioning adding it, but seems like it was only done on Linux.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice to keep the app running in background on Windows as well, closing it to system tray for notifications.

This previously existed but was removed in #312.
