Config Validation Fails for modules #6

When I clone this repo and then try to validate the module-a config using the CLI, I get this error:

❯ circleci config validate ./module-a/.circleci/config.yml
Error: config compilation contains errors: config compilation contains errors:
	- Error calling workflow: 'module-a-workflow'
	- Cannot find a definition for job named common-pre

Not sure if this is something that can be fixed, or just an issue with the CLI.
