Remove references to MS.SHAREPOINT.1.4v1 from the repo due to depricated functionality from Microsoft.

Why does this work belong in this project?

This would be useful because athe functionality has been depreciated.

Implementation notes

Removal of all references to MS>SHAREPOINT.1.4v1 in baselines and rego.

Acceptance criteria

How do we know when this work is done?

  • Policy and Rationale added to the RemovedPolicies.md markdown file

  • The following files will be updated to remove references to MS.SHAREPOINT.1.4v1

    • sharepoint.md
    • SharepointConfig.rego
    • SharepointConfig_04_test.rego
    • sharepoint.pnp.testplan.yaml
    • sharepoint.spo.testplan.yaml
