💡 Summary

Issue for Tracking code changes necessary for making common controls 6 check for highly privledged accounts based on privledges as opposed to by role.

Motivation and context

Code change corresponding to #588

Implementation notes

Implement Rego to check privileges with api.

Acceptance criteria

How do we know when this work is done?

  • Rego Code for 6 has been udpated
  • Add unit tests for Common Controls 6
