Is there a way to get raw data scanned beacon that can be used to know battery status of the beacon?

I am also having interest on how to get the battery level. I am testing currently with MINEW D15N. The Info slot includes beacon name, MAC address and battery level. So far I was only able to get the UUID, major and minor values provided as the identifying information for the iBeacon.
