Why was hd2ucs.txt removed at b542a67 ?
It provides correspondences from Hanyo-Denshi glyphs to UCS and seems an essential part of this database.
It is also linked from https://kanji-database.sourceforge.net/ivd/hanyo-denshi/index.html .
