how to build

I didnt find any document to build and configuration for kafka-web-console.Kindly provide the Installation in Readme.

1. Clone the repo
2. Make sure sbt is installed
3. In the root dir of the repo run sbt
4. When sbt has finished doing its thing you should be in the shell kafka-web-console
5. Run run - This should do more downloading then finally show you something like

--- (Running the application from SBT, auto-reloading is enabled) ---

[info] play - Listening for HTTP on /0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:9000

(Server started, use Ctrl+D to stop and go back to the console...)
