Also, I'm likely misunderstanding, but the output doesn't seem to line up with the table. I don't understand why there is no output A cell at row 1 column 3 for the 03 cell

I also don't understand why the 00 cell doesn't output A cell at row 1 column 0

It would be helpful if the console.log also included the cell number in the picture to help line things up.

Also further down in the documentation, from my testing, cell 1x0 should be Cell at 1 x 0 : is anchored;
