alternative URL scheme, instead of:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/epub/test_book_fb2.fb2

Support something like:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/test_book_fb2.fb2/test_book.epub

i.e.:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/full/path/__real_filename__/*new_name*.**desired_format**

Basically, if file path exists serve as-is, if dirname exists but not full path, use basename as the resulting filename (and appropriate conversion).
