Donate module to Vox Pupuli

Hello!

This module is the most frequently downloaded module on the Forge for consul-template and has very "good bones," but is starting to show its age. There are a handful of open PRs but the last PR merged to this repo was in 2018. I understand that being an open source maintainer is a demanding job and I don't mean this to be an indictment. However, given the lack of attention here and the relative popularity of this module, would you consider donating this module to Vox Pupuli for some collective ownership? As it is, this module is not usable in most environments due to some function incompatibilities and outdated dependencies.
