Latest version of @cloudflare/workers-types has lower version number than the former version

I noticed the latest version of @cloudflare/workers-types is 1.20231121.0 as of now, but the former version was 4.20231025.0. The new release has lower version number than the old ones.

I think releasing new version with the lower version number is very confusing for the users.
Is it intended?
