@michalkcloudinay Thanks for being on top of this. I'm afraid I don't understand dependencies and versions well enough to comment, here, however is this related?

ng build

Generating browser application bundles (phase: setup)...Warning: Entry point '@cloudinary/ng' contains deep imports into '/usr/src/app/node_modules/@cloudinary/url-gen/assets/CloudinaryImage'. This is probably not a problem, but may cause the compilation of entry points to be out of order.
Processing legacy "View Engine" libraries:
