Bulk note actions

Placeholder idea, this is something I've used custom scripts for since at least Chronicles 4 and IIRC haven't materialized into an app feature before. The basic idea is equivalent to re-naming a folder but based on search instead of folder. Basically execute any search, and then perform a bulk action on it like:

• Tag / Untag
• Change journal
• ... presumably others in the future / when my brain is working

I need this feature already, so once I figure out the #160 am eager to implement.
