Can't frame-step back to the last but one frame if "Repeat forever" is on #3258

(This is probably a continuation of issue #3255).

  1. Make sure "Repeat forever" is on at "View -> Options -> Playback".
  2. Open this video in MPC-HC.
  3. Press the "Frame-step" keyboard shortcut repeatedly till you see the last frame and then press "Frame-step" one more time.
  4. Press the "Frame-step back" shortcut. Instead of showing the last but one frame, MPC-HC jumps to the beginning of the video.

OS: Windows 10 Home,
MPC-HC: 2.3.9.28 (02f01fc).

Works fine here. Use MPC VR instead of EVR-CP. Or just disable repeat.

I am not spending any more time on this.
