Display current playback speed in titlebar or status bar

In current version, if want to display the playback speed, must enable the Statistics Bar, but this takes up a lot of space, so I hope to display the speed on the title bar or status bar.

Rate change is shown in OSD.

There is also option to show it in statusbar.
