问题描述

重命名一篇已发布的博文，再重新上传，会弹出窗口提示选择新建博文还是关联博文。

复现问题

复现问题的步骤:

在“随笔列表”下找到一篇已经发布的博文
右键博文，点击“重命名博文”完成重命名
重新提交博文，会弹出窗口提示选择新建博文还是关联博文

期望的结果

期望的情况是，重命名后再次提交博文，不会弹出窗口。

环境信息:

操作系统：Win11
VSCode版本：1.95.2
博客园扩展版本：v1.8.58
