Backtick Character (`) Prevents Rendering

Using a backtick (`) in the TODO.md file prevents the extension from rendering the Kanban board.

This is a great tool. I'm also hitting this bug and it's a bummer as there's only a few good ways to include extra info. Bold, Italics and code blocks with backtick's are some of the easiest to use.

Reporting the same issue as of 2024. Last commit to this repo was 3 years ago, I guess this project isn't maintained anymore
