"Skip/rewind 10 seconds" Buttons in Player

Simply, as many players on a internet have option to just use your mouse to click a button on Player UI to revert/skip 10s with a button without needing to use keybord or precisaly clicking on timeline etc. It can be done easly assigning new button with right or left arrow on keybord or just with action they are assigned to. I miss that option on Youtube so much. For clarity: Thats two buttons, one to rewind and one to skip.

P.S. I know theres similar issue, but i think i explained it better ^^

you can also add it to #1445 (editing the first post). (We could prepare a great week or month of work in #1445 and other lists respectively - and eventually the whole will either be on top of my To-Do List, or else we can fundraise and hire somebody already, without them having to click many issues anymore.)
