Add dates to posts

We should really add dates to our posts, and ideally also have an "updated at" date. For technical posts, it's frustrating when there's no way to know if something's out of date. But we can still keep content fresh by updating the content, updating the date, and then highlighting the updated date.

I submitted a pull req. I placed it just above the post's content but under the featured image. This obviously can be moved around at will :)
