I would like to request the assignment of an issue under the SWOC initiative regarding the development of 6 pages for the Resources section of the website. These pages will provide valuable content and tools for users, including resources for learning, contributing to open-source projects, preparing for interviews, and exploring top GitHub repositories.

The 6 pages to be developed are:

Tech Resources Page
Contributions Page
Interview Preparation Page
Open Source Projects Page
Roadmap Guide Page
Top GitHub Repositories Page
