Controls not accessible on YouTube shorts

The controls are under the play/pause button and can't be clicked.

1.) Use keyboard shortcuts in the customizable settings;

2.) Open a normal video & change the settings via the mouse clicks; close the tab & ONLY AFTER CLOSING then open A NEW window/TAB for the saved settings to work on the shorts (the setting "Remember playback speed" is REQUIRED);

3.) Replace

You may notice that this app/ add-on/ extension DOES 'fast-forward' & 'rewind' in the shorts
