We need to rethink UI to make it better for users

Application should be used to:

execute all tests in project
execute a specific test in project
debug a test by steps
write a new test in interactive mode

Application should work in

Electron Mode
- small-size window (to preview with browser)
Server Mode
- wide-size window (to preview saved snapshots)
